At Lelli Kelly Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original Lelli Kelly branded box and secure it inside a suitable shipping mailer to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
